Busiate with sun-dried tomatoes mint, basil & capers

Ingredients:

Busiate 12 oz

Sun dried tomatoes ½ cup

Capers 2 table spoons

20 Mint leaves

10 Basil leaves

Anchovy sauce 2 table spoons

1 Lemon

Toasted pine nuts to taste

Directions:
Sicilian Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Capers (RECIPE VIDEO)Fry in a pan capers with some extra virgin olive oil, then chop them together with mint and basil leaves and add some lemon zest.

Brown in a pan capers, mint, basil, lemon zest  together with extra virgin olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and anchovy sauce.

Cook pasta busiate “al dente” and finish cooking it in the pan with other ingredients. Garnish with other lemon zest and some toasted  pine nuts
