Busiate with sun-dried tomatoes mint, basil & capers
Busiate 12 oz
Sun dried tomatoes ½ cup
Capers 2 table spoons
20 Mint leaves
10 Basil leaves
Anchovy sauce 2 table spoons
Toasted pine nuts to taste
Brown in a pan capers, mint, basil, lemon zest together with extra virgin olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and anchovy sauce.
Cook pasta busiate “al dente” and finish cooking it in the pan with other ingredients. Garnish with other lemon zest and some toasted pine nuts
