Wine Pairing and Caring
HALL Wines is home to the number one Cabernet in the world, according to Wine Spectator’s recent wine review and the meeting place for one of Napa Valley’s premier food and wine experiences. For the third year in a row, the HALL Cabernet Cookoff looks to raise money for local charities while giving Wine Oh’s and foodies their fun loving fill.

An Event to Benefit Napa Valley Non-Profits
Owners, Kathryn and Craig Hall continue their commitment to support local community by hosting this annual event to raise money and awareness for local charities and non-profit organizations throughout the valley. This year, competing chefs from the Napa Valley and Bay Area will craft their ultimate small bites dishes to pair beautifully with the HALL 2009 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Professional judges and attendees will select their first and second place winners. Teams who create the best dish pairing will win cash donations to the local charity of their choice. Last year’s sold-out crowd of wine and food lovers raised a record $6,000 in cash donations for local non-profit charities. All tickets proceeds and a portion of wine purchases during the festivity will be donated.
