Wine Pairing with “Poor Man’s French Laundry Owner”

More over Miss Piggy, this nearly Next Iron Chef is cutting the fat and taking her passion for pork to a higher place.  In this video, Wine Oh TV’s Monique Soltani shows us how Celebrity Chef Duskie Estes is speeding up the slow food movement.

In 2001, Duskie and her husband, John Stewart, opened ZAZU Restaurant + Farm in Santa Rosa, Calif and in 2005 they opened BOVOLO in Healdsburg. The same year their first wine debuted, Holdredge Schiopettino, MacBryde Vineyard, which can be found exclusively at ZAZU and The French Laundry; Black Pig Pinot and Blanc Pig came next.
